vote on the Tobey amend-
ment and find the
Senator
from California
Mr. Downey
still talking and
showing signs of
delight in the sound
of his own voice.
He claims we have
adequate coast defenses.
He make[s] me feel
like the boy who said:
"It's good to be a little
bit dumb among
people who know so
much that is not so."
My eyes are getting
well all right.
