morning just to pay his
respects- I am honored.

from me on an important
party question. I don't

We are on the consent
calednar today. The accom-
plishments of the coalition of
conservative democrats and
republicans on the Spending
Bill were significant.
We cut it about one and
one-half billions of dollars.
Today the House of Repre-
sentatives is voting on
the question whether it
will proceed to consider
that bill.
