My Dear Mother-
I am writing this in the Committee of
the Judiciary where we are holding
a meeting of the subcommittee on
two bills relating to administrative
tribunals:  S.915 to provide for the
more expeditious settlement of disputes
with the N.S. & S.916 establishing
new courts for appeals from
Federal Commissions.  The
committee consists of the Senators
checked above.
I have two other coms. today
and a session of the Senate-
I hear you had a blizzard
yesterday- It is good weather here-
