					<l>Dear Madam</l>
					<l>I think I have replied you</l>
					<l>in this <sic correction='matter'>mater</sic> once before.</l>
					<l>I am not in favor of another</l>
					<l>session of legislation with out a fair</l>
					<l>recompense to us. I also feel that when</l>
					<l>the women pay a full tax and take the</l>
					<l>freeman oath then they should have equal</l>
					<l><hi rend='strikethrough:true;'><unclear>writs</unclear></hi> rights with man.</l>
