Also present are Charles C. Wood (president Champlain Marine Co Inc), Hugh L. Finnegan (standing in for the city's mayor), H. Gregory Wait and Warren R. Austin Jr (commodore Lake Champlain Yacht Club). The yacht in the background is a Twin screw cruiser belonging to Mr. Wait of Shelburne. The occasion is a 3 day regatta on Lake Champlain.
